CannaTrade is the international Hemp trade fair in Switzerland.
Over the past years what started out as a small Swiss Hemp fair has become an event known worldwide and a popular reference for the entire Hemp market.
The exhibitors are usualy between 100 and 150 firms per event; coming mainly from Swiss, Germany, Netherlands as well as from Italy, France, Spain, Austria, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Poland, Belgium, USA, Canada, India and China.
CannaTrade
Visitors come to the annual CannaTrade in large numbers, between 9000 - 12000 per edition, particularly coming from Switzerland, Germany, France and Italy as well as business visitors from all over the world.
Annually CannaTrade presents the CannAward - this award is for the best product in the categories Paraphernalia and Nature as well as for the most beautiful stand at the fair.
The Paraphernalia CannAward went to Solwe for LoxLux - an adjustable lamp for easy heating, Fourtwenty.ch presented the CannAward winning Stand, and the Nature CannAward was take by Good Time Trading for their great Golosa Hemp Water - the special "Sunshine-Effect" of GOLOSA hemp water comes from table water, fruits flavour, bergamot and Swiss essential hemp oil as well as a bit fructose.
After eight years exhibiting in Bern, at the BEA Expo, CannaTrade relocated to Basel, at the Trade Fair Basel, in 2009.
In 2010 the hemp fair will take place again in Basel. The reason is mainly the positive feedback for this location which is also of interest relating the airport and the direct border area to Germany and France.
